Inventory Software
The software provides a centralised point of inventory data of properties that can be accessed by Estate Agents (EA), Landlords (LL), Tenants (T) and the yourself:
You can upload the inventory details of a property into the website generated from your property report. Once online the Estate Agent and Landlord is notified automatically to alert them that the report can be accessed and modified if necessary.
You can change any items within the inventory at any time.
'Export Report to PDF' - clicking this will generate the full breakdown of the inventory (we can replicate the exact same format as your current word doc) which can either be saved off, and/or printed to create a hardcopy.
The Tenants and Landlords can gain access to the inventory details by registering on the website - they will be sent a confirmation email for security before access is granted. Estate Agents, Tenants and Landlords may all add comments to the inventory. All comments added will be date stamped and include their username for identification. Once added, comments may not be edited. At the end of each day an email is sent to yourselves that details all the comments added to the site during the previous 24hrs.
