The following are some samples of prior work: HSBC UK HSBC came late to the online world and were keen to learn from the mistakes of other banks caught up in chaos of the Internet Goldrush. By focusing the client's efforts on delivering an outstanding customer experience both on and offline, we built a coherent, inclusive, long-term strategy with the support of all the stakeholder groups - customers, senior management, branch staff and the marketing team. The document became the bank's Integrated Marketing bible.
Budweiser The Budweiser brand in the UK lacked "domestic appeal" and was associated with outdated, negative perceptions of the USA. We developed a rebranding strategy that brought out the brand's commitment to the local market whilst recognising the benefits of more positive images of the States. The strategy included sponsorship of music, football and special events with multi-channel support from TV, Radio, Web and Email campaigns.
BTA An ongoing project to relaunch the VisitBritain site, involving not just a re-design but a complete re-appraisal of the needs of visitors from 30 countries in 10 languages. A complete programme of stakeholder interviews and a multi-stage needs analysis, the final goal was to maximise the usefulness and usability of the site whilst delivering the organisation's diverse marketing needs to many different audiences.
