Media Contacts are a London-based recruitment consultancy who specialise in Media placements. When we first began working together around summer '03, they had an static-html website badly in need of repair. A re-build would have been ideal, but the budget wasn't available. We refreshed the web interface and added a range of content updates keeping the costs low and getting more milage out of the old static html site. At the same time we took over responsibility for their advertising - submitting their weekly adverts to The Guardian, Media Week, PR Week, and The Evening Standard amongst others - working in both physical and electronic mediums, producing small black and white ads up to full-page colour spreads. As we produced these ads, as well as business cards, office stationary and promotional items - we evolved our relationship supplying marketing consultancy as Media Contacts began to look at a full image refresh and website rebuild. In the summer of 2004 we delivered a project which focused on a branding refresh to be propagated to their advertising, as well as a new content managed website. The objective was to re-align the different marketing modalities and help reinforce their market position through more efficient use of their available means.
